Anything sensitive — diagnoses, medications, or medical history — should be shared with us by phone at 314-499-0300 or in person during your assessment.

This notice applies to Grandmom Honey, L.L.C., located at 4433 Woodson Road, Suite #240, Saint Louis, MO 63134, and to every caregiver, nurse, and office team member acting on our behalf while serving clients in St. Louis City and St. Louis County.
Our commitment to your health information
We are required by law to protect the privacy of your health information, to give you this notice describing our privacy practices, and to follow the terms of the notice currently in effect. We treat information about your health, your household, and your care plan as confidential and share it only as described below.
How we may use and share your information
- For your care. With the caregivers and nurses assigned to you, so your care plan is followed correctly.
- For payment. To bill you or a responsible party for private pay services, and to document the hours and services provided.
- For our operations. For scheduling, staff training, quality reviews, and to keep accurate service records.
- With people you approve. With family members or representatives you tell us in writing may be involved in your care.
- When the law requires it. For example, reporting suspected abuse or neglect, responding to a court order, or cooperating with health oversight authorities.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your health information for marketing or advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
- Ask to see and get a copy of the records we keep about your care.
- Ask us to correct information you believe is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to limit what we use or share, and how we contact you.
- Ask for a list of certain disclosures we have made of your health information.
- Ask for a paper copy of this notice at any time, even if you agreed to email.
- Withdraw permission you previously gave us to share your information, at any time and in writing.
- File a complaint if you believe your privacy rights were violated. We will never retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

What this website collects
- Information you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email if you provide it, city, who the care is for, the general kind of help you need, schedule preferences, and any notes you choose to write.
- Caregiver applications: contact details, certifications, experience, and availability.
- Basic website analytics: anonymous, aggregated statistics about pages visited, used only to improve the site. Analytics are never tied to your care.
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored so that they can only be read by our office team — they are never displayed publicly anywhere on this website. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
Email, text, and voicemail
Ordinary email and text messages are not fully secure. If you choose to reach us that way, please keep the message general and we will follow up by phone for anything personal. Tell us if you would prefer that we not leave voicemails or send texts, and we will honor that preference.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services or the law change. The current version is always posted on this page, and printed copies are available at our office on request.
